Once you're comfortable with the idea of commissioning me as your illustrator then email your enquiry \ concept. That may be enough for me to reply with a cost estimate, dates and deliverables, including a Contractual Agreement should you need one. My terms of work arrangements are negotiable and email exchanges are usually sufficient and can also be considered legal documentation.

Rest assured that once we're past the enquiry stage then I'm all about 'customer satisfaction' - I haven't thrived 15+ years as a freelance graphic illustrator without putting your needs first - I need you to come back for more and be completely happy about recommending my professional service.
